Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act (ADAA): A visual representation of changes to the legislation
Summary of Performance (SOP) Template: The SOP, in conjunction with other documents such as an IEP, assists students in their transition from high school to post-secondary education, training and/or employment. This information is also required under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act to help establish a student's eligibility for reasonable accommodations and supports in postsecondary settings.
